Find My Money assists clients in locating and recovering unclaimed assets in California. Our services include research, preparing and submitting required documentation, and communicating with state agencies or other institutions on your behalf.

2. Your Responsibilities

To ensure a successful recovery process, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested.

• Respond promptly to requests for signatures, identification, or other documentation.

• Use our services and website in a lawful and responsible manner.

3. Fees and Payment

Our services are provided on a contingency basis:

• No upfront costs.

• We are compensated only if we successfully recover funds for you.

• Our fee is a pre-agreed percentage of the recovered amount, outlined in your Claim Agreement.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

5. Limitations of Service

• We cannot guarantee the recovery of assets in every case.

• Processing times are determined by the State of California and may vary.

• Certain claims may require additional documentation outside of our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Find My Money. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

7. Liability

We strive to provide accurate information and diligent service. However:

• Asset recovery outcomes depend on state processes and cannot be guaranteed.

• We are not liable for delays, denials, or losses resulting from circumstances outside our control.

• Nothing in these Terms creates a fiduciary duty beyond our contractual agreement with you.

9. Ending Our Agreement

Either party may terminate the working relationship at any time. If you have already signed a Claim Agreement, the terms of that agreement will govern.
